Spanish Form An Athletic Training Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/athletic trainer and a client. Spanish Form with English Translation A Limited Power of Attorney allows a natural mentally competent person (called the Principal or Grantor) to authorize someone else (called the Agent or Attorney-In-Fact) to act on his or her behalf.
This Do it yourself Power of Attorney Form can be customized to fit your needs and becomes effective immediately. The form allows the author of the document to select and add optional paragraphs granting different powers to the Agent. Several pre-written paragraphs are provided in the forms package to select from. The Author/Grantor can also pick whether to make it a Durable Power of Attorney (i.e. a Power of Attorney that remains in effect even after disability or incapacity of the Grantor) or a non-durable Power of Attorney (i.e. the Power of Attorney terminates with death, incapacity or disability of the Principal). Spanish Form with English Translation A Notice of Default is simply a communication to another person or entity informing them that they have defaulted on an obligation within an agreement. Generally agreements are fairly specific regarding what the non-defaulting party is required to do and how they may proceed. For example, your agreement may require that you notify the defaulting party of their default and allow them 5 days to correct. Other agreements may allow you to terminate the agreement immediately and demand immediate payment of any account balance.
This packet includes three notices. The first is a notice which requires correction of the default within a specified number of days. The second accelerates any remaining obligations and requires immediate payment. The third terminates the agreement and requires immediate payment of any outstanding balance. Choose the notice that is appropriate for your situation and complies with the provisions in the agreement. Una Notificacin de Incumplimiento consiste en una forma de comunicarse con otra persona o entidad informndole que ha incumplido con una obligacin establecida en un contrato.
